since last post

I have been having more migraine since my last post but it has been off and on. It seems if I keep myself busy the pain in the head feels like it has gone away but if I stop what I am doing it is back, so here I am keeping myself busy but it maybe stress related. There is many things going on right now in my life that I am sure it is related. I do make myself relax like going for a walk or reading a book and it helps.

The meds do help, I take it everyday at the same time, have an alarm set for that specific time but what is strange it seems like I am trying to remember if I did take it or not. This had happened twice. Thankfully I do remember before I take it again. I may have to buy one of those day container meds to help me out or keep a daily reminder notebook.

Well I have a slight migraine now so working on things is not helping so I may find something else to do in the mean time.

Well now I need to find something to eat.

feels like crap

This morning I woke up feeling nausea, dizziness and seeing stars....an onset of a migraine approaching. Great this what I really need. Of all days it had to come today. Tonight I will be heading to my brother's place to celebrate my nephew b-day. Which maybe hopefully it will vanish but it won't.

I do take medication for my migraines but there is some days I still get them. I am taking Propranolol a generic form of Inderal. To my luck it has been working. Before I would get 6 to 7 migraines in a month last for days to weeks..more likely a month but now it does help...only getting 2 to 3 times in a month.

Right now I want to go back to bed sleep and just rest but things need to get done. Maybe I will sleep all day on Saturday. I got one more day of work where Saturday and Sunday can be my recovering time.

In the mean time..time for me get back to work..laters.
